Dunamis
Engineering & Consulting
Sam, a freelance engineer, wanted to carve out a clear position between two extremes in his field: unreliable solo freelancers and impersonal big corporations. His goal was to present himself not only as a skilled service provider but also as a dependable long-term partner. To succeed, his brand identity needed to feel trustworthy and professional, while still standing out in a market where audiences—primarily middle-aged and practicality-driven—often lean toward safe, sterile corporate styles.
THE SOLUTION
I developed a brand identity rooted in the concept of “structured warmth.” The logo is simple and grounding, designed to convey professionalism and dependability at a glance, while the moodboard, copy, and color palette communicate Sam’s personable and approachable side. Layouts, typography, and other design elements maintain structure and reliability, ensuring the brand feels both trustworthy and modern.
To set Dunamis apart further, I incorporated distinctive colors and small, illustrated details such as icons, adding personality without undermining trust. By steering away from dull or overly corporate design conventions, the final identity captures a balance of warmth and structure—approachable yet clear, unique yet dependable.
